Newsletter Subscription Agreement

The German-Sudanese Society – Rhein-Main welcomes you to join its newsletter. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for subscribing to the association’s newsletter, which aims to provide subscribers with the latest news and updates about its activities and events.
1. Approval to subscribe
By entering an email address and registering for the newsletter, the subscriber acknowledges that they agree to receive periodic mailings from the Association.
These messages contain news, events, and information related to the association’s activities, without any commercial offers.
2. Data Protection and Privacy
The association is committed to protecting the privacy of subscribers, and will not sell or share their data with any third party.
Data is stored in secure ways in accordance with applicable legal standards in data protection.
3. Unsubscribe Mechanism
The subscriber can unsubscribe at any time by using the link at the bottom of each mailing.
The cancellation request will be executed immediately, and the subscriber will not receive any future messages from the newsletter.
4. Repeat transmission
The association is committed to sending no more than two messages per month to subscribers.
Messages are sent regularly and without inconvenience to subscribers.
5. The quality of the content sent
The messages contain information about the association’s events, news and important updates related to its activities.
The Association is committed to not sending any misleading information or spam.
6. Amendments to the Convention
The Association reserves the right to amend this Agreement as necessary, and subscribers will be notified of any material changes through email or via the Association’s website.
7. Legal responsibility
The association is not responsible for any technical issues or delays in receiving messages.
It is the subscriber’s responsibility to ensure that the association’s email address is added to the list of trusted addresses to avoid messages being categorized as spam.
